Choice 1 Real Estate

I came to the US on July 4th, 1993 as a software consultant for a Michigan based company Complete Business Solutions, Inc.(CBSI) America was coming out of recession and wanted cheap software engineers from India. CBSI subcontracted me to IBM who were developing Child Support system for North Carolina  and other US states. Worked with them for few years before venturing out on my own and doing time and material projects for different clients in the US. There was a shortage of software engineers during that time and so i decided to start a software consulting firm Accolade Business Consultants, Inc. Was president/CEO from 1997-2002 before getting into Real Estate business in 2002. Became a real estate broker in 2005 and started by own real estate firm Choice 1 Real Estate. Being from a computer background helps me get things done quicker and smarter. I’m using technology in every aspect of my business. Whether it’s my website, social media, online videos, or just staying connected via text and email. My clients know they can reach me from whatever platform works best for them. It’s been great because I often get a random Facebook message from someone who’s not on my friend’s list. We’ll communicate back and forth, and all of a sudden they become a client. I take pride in my service and have consistently been amongst the top 1% real estate agent in Virginia.
